West Midland Reserve Forces & Cadets Association (WM RFCA), through its Employer Engagement Team establishes robust relationships with employers in the region. Cultivating and strengthening links between Defence and, private and public sector businesses and organisations to help to deliver a close and trusted partnership that can be mutually beneficial to all parties. Employers work with WM RFCA and by signing the Armed Forces Covenant the can demonstrate their commitment to employing members if the military community and raising awareness of the benefits and skills gained through current or past military service.
